Breathwork – Unlock the Power of Your Breath


Your breath is one of the most powerful tools for healing, transformation, and self-discovery. Breathwork is a practice that allows you to access deeper states of awareness, release stored emotions, and activate your body’s natural ability to heal.

I guide you through Conscious Connected Breathing, a technique that creates an intentional flow of breath, bypassing the thinking mind and allowing you to connect with your body and energy on a profound level. To deepen the experience, I also integrate guided meditation, sound healing, and Reiki to support your process.


Conscious Connected Breathing (CCB) is a dynamic breathing technique that involves continuous, rhythmic breathing without pauses between inhales and exhales. This creates an expanded state of awareness where deep emotional and energetic shifts can occur.

This practice helps to:

I offer live guided breathwork sessions via Zoom, where I hold space for you to fully immerse in the experience.

During the session:

✨ We begin with a guided meditation to help you relax and set an intention.

✨ I guide you through the Conscious Connected Breathing technique, allowing the breath to lead the way.

✨ I use sound healing (such as soothing frequencies, drumming, or music) to enhance the energetic shift.

✨ After the breathing practice, I offer Reiki energy healing to support integration and grounding.

✨ We close with gentle reflection and grounding techniques to help you return fully to the present moment.

This practice can bring up deep emotions, clarity, and even a sense of euphoria or peace. I create a safe and supportive space where you can release, heal, and expand.
